We are please to share that the finalists for the 2025 National Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Sports Awards (NATSISA) have been released, shining a spotlight on the outstanding achievements of First Nations athletes, coaches, volunteers and sporting organisations.
Now in its re-energised phase, NATSISA honours Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who excel in sport and promote community health, culture and pride. The event recognises excellence across multiple categories including Sportsperson, Junior Sportsperson, Sportsperson with a Disability, Coach, Official, Volunteer, Team, Community Sporting Organisation, Competition, Lifetime Achievement and Trailblazer.
This year’s finalists exemplify drive, resilience and leadership — not only in competition, but in using sport to build connections, culture and empowerment across Indigenous communities. Their stories and accomplishments inspire us all.
